Hulk Dumbbells

I know when I was a kid, the toy I always wanted was a pair of dumbbells... uh...you believe me, right? You fill each of these dumbbells with water and they weight 1 pound. Ths back of the package says that hese are not real gym devices but toys. Really? Made by Rand in 2003.
