Hulk Jack In the Box Toy

I have no idea how in the world this thing ever got made or even released as a toy prize at Jack in the Box. You push the rather ugly looking Hulk into the base and his arms go up a few millimeters. Umm...that's about it. Made by Promotional Partners and given away in 2002.
