The Incredible Hulk/Spider-Man Motorcycle

Whenever the Hulk manages to get to New York City, he gets with Spider-Man and they go out crusing for fun in Spidey's motorcycle and sidecar. This is one weird toy, not sure who made it or when (some time in the 80's) and it has to have been in a foreign country. No markings at all on any part of the toy. The Hulk doesn't even have pupils, he looks like a zombie. On the box, it just says "Spider Man Incredible Hulk, " no company listing or anything. For the names, they capitalized every letter except the l in Hulk.
