Steel Body Trap Hulk
 This figure is obviously from
that little seen What-If story entitled "What if the Little Rascals
became the Marvel Super-Heroes". Other than that, I don't know why
they would make a Hulk figure with his hair sticking up. I know this
is from the Cartoon series, but come on!! He looks so ticked-off because
he looked in the mirror and realized what a goof-ball he looked like.
